Community Engagement Manager

Judy’s role is to lead a team that works across the organisation and across the community to ensure effective stakeholder participation in land and water management activities and decision-making processes. The community engagement team ensures that the community is informed, consulted and involved in the activities and processes of the organisation and it’s partners, builds collaboration with stakeholders and partners and supports the community in their capacity to participate in regional-wide land and water management activities.

Judy works directly with key partners to build and maintain effective relationships, identify and develop strategic community engagement activities, develop organisational community engagement strategies and processes and work closely with the CEO, Communications Manager, Operations Manager and program staff to co-ordinate effective community engagement across the organisation.

With a background in agricultural science, natural resource management and community development Judy enjoys the opportunity to work closely with the community to improve land and water management practices across the region.
