Ladies luncheon at Collinsville an ‘inspiring’ and thoroughly enjoyable event
The Heart of the Farm Ladies Luncheon in Collinsville was inspiring thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended.
Held at the Collinsville Golf Club on 14 May, the event brought together women from across the region for a day recognising that life on the land is more than a lifestyle, it is resilience, challenge, and reward all rolled into one.
Attendees enjoyed great food, genuine connection, and engaging conversation, with two outstanding guest speakers:
- Steph Schmidt (Farm Life Psych) shared practical tools for handling pressure, improving communication, and navigating the realities of farm life.
- Anika Molesworth (Climate Wise Agriculture) offered fresh insights into climate trends, sustainability, and the future of agriculture.
The day provided a welcome break from routine, with plenty of laughter, connection, and reflection. Many left feeling recharged, inspired, and better equipped for the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Stackleroth Farm earned a big vote of thanks for supplying the sunflowers decorating the tables.
