Underpinned by strong governance

We are a not-for-profit public company, limited by guarantee and governed by a skills-based Board.

We are registered under the Corporations Act 2001 and the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Annual mandatory external financial audits are overseen by the Board’s Finance and Risk Committee.

We have clearly articulated and understood policies and procedures around project management, delegations of authority, risk management, financial management, procurement, work health and safety, conflicts of interest, contracts and devolved grants management, and human resources management.

These policies provide a benchmark against which project governance can be measured by executive management, and also guide decision-making and action at the project level.
